There isn’t much to configure in the mail settings as per your recommendations, and it was working fine until a few weeks ago. Now, it’s suddenly sending all emails to the junk folder. 😞

Unfortunately, Microsoft often has issues with legitimate emails being marked as junk. I think Gmail has a better filtering system, so I might have to switch to Gmail

    Dear rsingh99,

Good day, welcome to Microsoft Community.

From your description, I understand that you encountered the problem that emails automatically went to the spam folder even if you added them to the blacklist. This is indeed confusing, and I understand your situation.

There are many reasons for this problem. I suggest you solve the problem through the following steps:

    1. Use OWA to manage Junk mail filtering: When you connect Outlook to an Exchange account, it's recommended that you use Outlook Web App (OWA) to enable or disable Exchange server-side junk mail filtering and to manage your server-side Safe and Blocked Senders lists. Sign in to OWA outlook.live.com through a browser, click the Gear icon at the upper-right, and then select Settings>Mail > Junk email, and then configure the options as you prefer, it is best to lower the filter security level.

2, Adjust your mailbox rule settings, which is almost the same as step 1. Adjust or cancel inappropriate rules. Because the rules may move emails to the trash as well.

3, If you continue to encounter this problem, you can submit this issue to the Outlook product feedback area. Usually, these vulnerabilities will be covered in subsequent updates. Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app - Microsoft Support

I hope this info is helpful for you, please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
