Microsoft account recovery form

Hi, ive been currently doing Over and over and over again the account recovery forms, filling out the correct information esch time, so explain to me when I KNOW MY INFORMATION, i keep getting declined. Im at the point where i have litterally got no other correct information to put in.

Furthermore, my verification email I'd old and can't be used anymore, would love to have a personal chat with a Microsoft staff member that can change that for me

    What is wrong with you?!? Account recovery is URGENT. You can let the Russian hackers delete my email address from my account from a spoofed IP address thousands of miles away from anywhere I've ever logged in, but you can't talk to me on the phone about my account? You just want to make it as hard as possible for people to recover their accounts so they stop bothering you. I've been jerked around by robocalls, circular 'help' bots and FAQs that link to NOTHING all day. No help whatsoever. No one cares about the customer I guess.

    same thing literaly just happen to me, changed my emails to some russian emails. now i have to fight to get it back. these corporations have got so big they dont even care about their users, and make it so hard to recover

    Hello, so basically, I've been "locked" out of my Xbox/Microsoft account ( I'm using a different Microsoft account to message here), and It's asking me to go into the account a change the password, however It says I need to verify that it's me. The first problem that I am having is that the verification email that is linked to my locked Microsoft account is an old one and has been disabled so I can't do that unless it's possible I can get it changed. The next Problem I have been having is with the Account recovery forms. I've done at least 10 plus off these, I put in the 100% correct information, I give it my Xbox username, the the Xbox device ID and I also provide the credit card details that I have used on that account for proof. However the Automated system keeps declining me. I've got to the point where I literally put all the correct information I can, I have no other information that I can use for more proof. Is there literally ANY possible way I can get someone to change the verification email for that account to my new one so I can get in please. The account recovery form isn't accepting me, even though I'm putting enough and the correct information in for proof.

    I got mine back after a month back and forth with support they made me make a new Microsoft with a new email and then they transferred the old account information to the new one

    i forgot the password and i reset it however i when i sign in with the new password they ask me for my old password that i forgot
