Why aren’t my emails being delivered?

When I send an email from the app it wont send and i get a message stating: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: A problem occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend the message later. In the diagnostic information it states: your message seems to have triggered our junk email filters.

This seems to be for any email to any email address. I’ve tried updating the app, deleting it and reinstalling it. It doesnt happen when i use my emails on the web browser.

What do i do?

Issue update: The undeliverable issue has now been resolved after investigation and testing. Please look in the app to see if it has returned to normal.

    Many users have reported this issue lately and we are currently collecting these on an ongoing basis.

    You can temporarily send email in Outlook Web (by signing in to Outlook.com from your browser). If there are any further developments, I will let you know here.

    I have the same issue, just started today and sounds like it's an issue for multiple users in my company. I'm wondering if it's a Microsoft issue in general?

    I’ve done all of these things - i’ve updated the app, removed / reinstalled it, verified my account, changed my password etc etc. It hasn’t resolved the problem. My email account isn’t new, its many years old. The issues started a couple of days ago with undeliverable emails and my account being blocked and requiring verification.

    Now what do i do?

    I am also having issues with the outlook app. My account was created about a month ago. I can however send emails via outlook.live.com. Just not the outlook app for iOS. I can receive email, just not send everything comes back as undeliverable. I tried to verify w/ the link and that did not resolve my problem. i have deleted the app, removed my account, reset the app, added my account back, etc. Still hasn't resolved the issue unfortunately.
