Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
Hello Andres,
I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
Yes, in Outlook, you can turn off response notifications for individual meetings:
- When you create a new meeting invite, go to the "Response Options" on the Meeting tab.
- Uncheck "Request Responses" to stop receiving email notifications when people respond to that invite.
- If you've already sent the invite, open the meeting from your calendar, click on "Response Options," and adjust the settings.
Remember to do this for each seminar or large event where you don't want to receive response notifications. This won't affect your settings for other meetings.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards, Ibhadighi
