Can't add godaddy account to my Outlook app on a new Samsung S24+ with Tmobile

I purchased a new Samsung S24+ phone. I can't add one of my existing godaddy email account to the Outlook app. while I can add my other godaddy email account to the same Outlook app.

    I had the same issue with my new S24+and finally found this in another forum:

    The solution that worked for us was to remove the Outlook app, remove office 365 app, then go to Accounts settings and remove the outlook account(s) there. After that reinstall Outlook and add your first account. For us that worked, so I hope for you it will too.

    I tried it, and it worked. Microsoft said it was a GoDaddy problem, and GoDaddy said it was a Microsoft problem. 🙄

    I figured it out after spending countless hours on the phone with SC agents from Go Daddy, Samsung, and Microsoft without anyone of them being able to point me in the right direction. Actually, they each tried blaming each-other for the issue stating that it wasn't their problem.

    But finally after tossing darts at the dartboard for close to a week, I PERSONALLY figured it out.

    It was caused by a saved login for Go Daddy within the Samsung Pass app. Once I deleted that saved login found in the apps menu tree, my problem was solved!!!

    I'm not sure how or when that login was created because the phone is only 1 week old, but that was the culprit!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble adding your GoDaddy email account to Outlook for Android. Please can give us more details about your issue.

    1. Please can you share with us the full error you are getting when you are trying to add your GoDaddy account to the outlook app
    2. Please may i know the type of the account you want to add in your mobile? Is it IMAP, POP or Exchange account? to know the type if you are using the same account in outlook desktop to File< account settings <Emails and check the type of your account. If you are not using outlook desktop you may ask your Amin or IT department.
    3. Please may i know if all your GoDaddy accounts are from the same organization?
