    You cannot do all these

    I 'm battling it for years. Ir only allows me to delete 75 mails each time. But also this is not the case since i make the search again to delete more mails the previous 75 reappears , so it seems never to be deleted. This thing happens 3-4 times.
    All in all to delete 75 mails i have to delete them all (by the button) 3 or 4 times (search - delete all - search delete all etc...) for the first 75 mails !!!!

    I have 2000 of a sender...so it will take...hmmm 4-5 hours

    Why i cannot select absolutely all of them ? and just 75 each time ? what the hell ?

    There are various ways to go here.

    Doing a mailbox wide search with the from address as the query should return all the emails from this sender. You can then delete them in bulk by using CTRL+A to select all. Note that depending on your account and settings, the search results could be limited at but scrolling down will eventually list them all.

    Another way to go would be to create a message rule to delete all emails from that particular sender and run that rule against your whole mailbox (option is offered directly after creating the rule).

    File-> Manage Rules & Alerts

    Might check that your search filter is not set to All Folders. The first 75 you delete will go to Deleted Items, and will then be included in the next search, making the count appear unchanged. Instead, change the filter to only include Inbox.
    Holding down the CTRL key while deleting will permanently delete the items, skipping the Deleted Items folder.
    While I have not tried this with O365/M365 Outlook, as others have suggested, a rule works great for this. Create the rule to move all the items with your search criteria to the Deleted Items folder (or permantly delete, skipping the Deleted Items folder). You will have an option to check a box to Run this rule on the Inbox now. It may still make take a while for Outlook to finish the work, but you don't have to actively be involved, and can work on something else while it does the cleanup.
    If you still want to get new items from the sender, turn the rule off after deleting all the old emails.

    If there are more than 75 items, take the alternative approach I've given; Create a message rule.

    You can then either directly permanently delete them (skips the Deleted Items folder), or move them to another folder if you want to review the results before actually deleting them. You can then just delete the entire folder at once. You should be able to complete that within 5 - 10 minutes even with 2000 items ;-)
