Adding 365 email account to iPhone

I have 2 outlook accounts. My personal account was added to my new iPhone 15 with no issues. But trying to add my work 365 email account I keep getting the message “this email name does not exist”. They both worked fine on my previous iPhone 12.

    To address this issue, can we know where did you install the Outlook app from? Can you try to reinstall it and setup your M365 account first ?

    Are they both the same domain names (eg: outlook.com)? Which option did you choose when adding your work account?
