Can't Install Hubspot Sales Add-in for Outlook 365

Hi all,

I am running Outlook 365 (1.2024.903.200) in an updated Edge browser. I work from home and am not on a network or VPN. I am able to start the install process for the "Hubspot Sales Add-In" (version 3.3, the current version) within the Microsoft store, but every time it "hangs" and I get the message,

"Sorry, we can’t complete this operation right now. Please try again later."

I have tried multiple times throughout the day, and have also tried while "freshly logged in" to my MS account from Chrome. Same thing happens!

Any tips? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Cece,

As noted before, I am running Outlook 365 (1.2024.903.200) and to my knowledge I am not downloading a desktop extension, as I am not using desktop Outlook. However, when using Hubspot Sales add-in, Hubspot seems to recognize the version of Outlook I am using and I assume attempts to use the correct add-in.

I will try contacting Hubspot for troubleshooting as well, and provide any updates here.

    Hello Cece

I ran through all of the Troubleshooting Guide and tried all of the suggestions (turning off Firewall, etc.)

To your questions: Yes, I am logged into the email account (Microsoft Office 365 Account) that needs the plug-in. To be sure, I tried installing the Hubspot Sales Extension with and without Outlook being open; with and without being logged in; etc.

I have downloaded and installed the extension to my hard drive several times. I deleted them all and tried again. No good. I wonder if I should search out and uninstall Sidekick etc. wherever it has ended up?

Very frustrated here. Thanks for your help.
