    Hello Claire Greenwood - Enrich,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I'm happy to assist you with this request.

Based on your post regarding "how to recall an email"

You can recall an email using Outlook Desktop App following up these steps:

Navigate to the “Sent Items” folder in your Outlook.

Double-click the email you want to recall to open it in a new window.

In the new window, go to the “Message” tab.

Click on “Recall Message” in the ribbon.

    You’ll have two options:

Delete unread copies of this message.

Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.

Click “OK” to proceed. You’ll receive a notification about the success or failure of the recall.

I hope you doing well, Let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need any further assistance!

    Best regards,
