    Hi @Evans Omondi

Although you have said you have tried all the tricks in the link above but with no success, I need to confirm, have you tried Alvaro Velasco (alvaro) steps in that link?
Delete the OneAuth and Identity Cache folders in the below location.
    %localappdata%/Microsoft/OneAuth
    %localappdata%/Microsoft/IdentityCache
Additional of delete OneDrive keys from Registry, and uninstall OneDrive. Before you reinstall it, look again at registry and delete any OneDrive entries you can find at HKLM and HKCU at SOFTWARE, make sure there is no OneDrive registry keys.

If not, I suggest you try to have a look. (Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)

If yes and you still can not log into OneDrive, please go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities, under the Identities registry entry, check whether there is the identity of the account you log into OneDrive, then remove it.
And then remove the credentials of OneDrive as MohammedAltamashKhan-3285 suggested above

    Hi

Assuming you are using OneDrive application on your machine not on browser.

    1) Make sure you have latest version of onedrive.

    2) Have you tried unlinking your account and link it back again ?

    3) Please try to remove the "OneDrive Cached Credential via go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager, check if there’s any “OneDrive” credentials, if so, remove the credentials.

    4) Reset OneDrive : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/reset-onedrive-34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c#ID0EDF=Windows
