Rules for outgoing emails in new Outlook

I want to create a 5 minute delay rule according to which all emails sent by me are being delayed in an "outbound messages" folder and sent only after the 5 minute delay. That way I can edit the messages in case I realize I forgot something and avoid emails sent by mistake.
I had the rule set up in my previous Outlook version but now can't seem to find a way to set it up.

How can it be defined?

I'm using M365 with the new Outlook under the company business account.
Your answer as I understand does not apply to the new Outlook.

    Please advise

    Hello Barak Ronen

Apologies for the late update on the above issue.

Did more investigation regarding your query on the New Outlook, however, in the new outlook for Windows, you can only schedule delay delivery for each message instead of all outgoing emails at the moment

    Hello Barak Ronen

Thaks for contacting Microsoft form community. it's my pleasure to answer the above query.

Assuming you are using M365 work/school account, please refer to below settings

    1. Open Outlook: Go to your Outlook application.
    2. Manage Rules & Alerts: Click on the "File" tab, then select "Manage Rules & Alerts".
    3. Create a New Rule: In the Rules and Alerts dialog box, click on "New Rule".
    4. Start from a Blank Rule: Under "Start from a Blank Rule", select "Apply rule on messages I send" and click "Next".
    5. Set Conditions: If you want this rule to apply to all messages, do not select any conditions and click "Next". A confirmation dialog box will appear, click "Yes".
    6. Set Actions: In the "Select action(s)" list, check the box for "defer delivery by a number of minutes".
    7. Specify the Delay: In the "Edit the rule description" box, click on the underlined phrase "a number of" and enter "5" for the number of minutes. Click "OK".
    8. Finish the Rule: Click "Next", specify any exceptions if needed, and then click "Finish".

This will ensure that all your sent emails are delayed by 5 minutes before they are actually sent out

Please feel free to get back to us on this same email thread in case of any further query, thanks.
