Notes in iPhone is gone after upgrade

I'm glad to hear that your notes have been successfully retrieved, the reason for the problem is because the Notes folder is not an email folder, it functions more like a sticky note. You can see that the icon on the front of the folder is different from the icon on the front of the Inbox folder. Previously, Apple Mail incorrectly recognized the Notes feature as a folder so that you could move emails to Notes. After switching to Modern Authentication, outlook.com files will not be correctly recognized as notes. As a result you will not be able to view the contents of your original notes in the Notes folder in Apple Mail.We have provided feedback on this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.

I realized that your notes disappeared after you reconfigured Microsoft Mail in your iPhone.

Have you tried searching for the contents of the notes folder directly in the search engine?

If you can view the results by searching the contents of the notes folder, you can drag and drop the search directly into another email folder.

You can check your mailbox directly by going to outlook.live.com.

If you can't view it at outlook.live.com either, you can sign in to your Microsoft account in Windows Outlook Classic to change the display to folders. Check to see if the contents of your notes folder are there. If so, you can re-backup it to another folder. to access it in the form.

If you do not have Classic Outlook, you can click this link (Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions). Microsoft 365 offers a one-month free trial. You can access Outlook Classic through a free trial of Office 365 components. or, if you have a friend who has a subscription or purchased a combination of Office products. You can try this by signing in to your Microsoft account in your friend's Outlook Classic.
