    Hello Michael Hadi

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

According to your issue description, it sounds like you want to know the size of your inbox folder on Outlook for Mac.

To find the size of your Outlook inbox on a Mac, follow these steps:

    1. Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook application on your Mac.
    2. Go to Tools: In the menu bar at the top, click on "Tools."
    3. Mailbox Cleanup: Select "Mailbox Cleanup" from the dropdown menu.
    4. View Mailbox Size: In the Mailbox Cleanup window, click on "View Mailbox Size." This will show you the total size of your mailbox and the size of each individual folder.
    5. Check Folder Sizes: You can also right-click on any folder in your mailbox, select "Properties," and then click on "Folder Size" to see the size of that specific folder.

These steps should help you get a clear view of how much space your emails are taking up. If you need any more help, feel free to ask!

If these steps don't resolve the issue, I would like to Suggest you contact Outlook for Mac in app support team.  Contact support within Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support

We are looking forward to your reply. I appreciate your cooperation.

I have MS Outlook installed on two Macs : Mac Mini M1 (2023) and Mac Mini M4 - both using Sequoia 15.2.

The TOOLS>MAIL BOX CLEAN UP approach does not work on my Macs as there is no MAIL BOX CLEAN UP tab under TOOLS.

I've tried various means to get a handle on folder size - particularly local storage - but to no avail.

I would appreciate some assistance / guidance in determining how to find folder size in New Outlook on a Mac.

    thanks jh
