Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Dear Dimitris Spiliopoulos,
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.
I realise that you keep getting emails from Microsoft email. But you don't know the authenticity and purpose of those e-mails. Please point out if I have misunderstood.
I don't see those emails in the middle of your posting and I don't know exactly what it looks like or what the email contains. If it is convenient for you, you can take a screenshot of it and send it to me and I will be happy to help you analyse the authenticity of the emails or the purpose of the content of the emails.
Allow me to explain to you that under normal circumstances, account security emails will always come from ******@accountprotection.microsoft.com, not @outlook. com, or @hotmail.com, or @live.com, or @msn.com.
If you receive an email that is not officially sent to you by Microsoft, then it may be a phishing email, remember not to click on any links in the email, do not reply, and do not make payments to unknown accounts to avoid receiving threats that could result in loss of accounts or funds.
If the email you received is indeed from Microsoft official, then you can follow the content of the email accordingly, if you don't understand, feel free to reply me, I'll help you.
Finally, just in case, you can increase the security of your account by turning on dual authentication or downloading a Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.

Best Regards
