I would like to suggest a new feature in Office 365: a "catch-all" email address specifically designed for personal receipt management. This would be an ideal solution for individuals who want to keep track of their purchases without dealing with marketing emails or cluttered inboxes.

  1. Dedicated Receipt Email Address: A personal email address like myr*********@outlook.com to automatically collect and store digital receipts from purchases.
  2. Marketing Filter: Intelligent filtering to ensure only receipts and invoices are saved, while promotional or marketing content is excluded.
  3. Organized Storage: Receipts would be automatically archived in a dedicated folder or section within Outlook, making it easy to find them when needed.
  4. Search and Tagging: Built-in tools to search for receipts by vendor, date, or amount, with tagging options for additional organization.

This feature would be ideal for individuals who want a centralised and clutter-free way to store and organize receipts for personal purchases—whether online or in-store. It would ensure that important records are easy to access without being buried under other emails.

Are there any plans to add a feature like this to Office 365? It would be a great tool for personal organization and financial tracking.
