Outlook for Office 365 keeps asking for password, by the error message I can see that this happens when it syncs my calendar.

I have a Microsoft 365 enterprise account.

I´ve tried the steps below

1. Clear Cached Credentials:

  • Close Outlook completely.
  • Go to the Control Panel on your computer.
  • Navigate to "Credential Manager" (you can search for it in the Control Panel).
  • Look for any credentials related to your work account that might be stored there.
  • Remove any credentials that are related to your work account.
  • Restart Outlook and see if the issue persists.

2. Check Account Settings:

  • Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
  • Select the problematic account and click Change.
  • Click More Settings > Security tab.
  • Ensure the option Always prompt for logon credentials is unchecked.

3. Create a New Profile:

  • Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles.
  • Click Add to create a new profile and set it up with your email accounts.

4. Run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant: Microsoft offers a tool that can diagnose and fix many Outlook issues. You can download it here.

5. Repair office instalation using online method

6. Opening outlook in safe mode

  • Open Outlook In save mode by following
  • Right-click the Start button, and click Run.
  • Type Outlook.exe /safe, and click OK.

    Hi César Sousa,

    Have a Good day.

Thank you for updates regarding your issue.

From the attached screenshot it seems you are publishing your calendar to internet.

Furthermore, could you please follow these steps to unpublish you calendar then remove it from your outlook.

Login to outlook on the web using below url

    https://outlook.office.com

    1. In Calendar view, select Settings

    2. Select Shared calendars.

    3. Under Publish a calendar, select Unpublish.

Then go to your classic outlook.

File – Accounting setting – published calendar – select the current calendar and remove it.

We are looking forward hearing from you.

Hello, I tried both uninstall and repair office (online method) last week.

Just tried safe mode but it also didn´t work.

I´ve inserted the images with error and office version on the main question.

    Thanks
