- Do you no longer have access to your Recovery e-mail address or Phone number to confirm your Identity?
You can reset your Password quickly using the recovery methods.
- Go to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx to reset your password.
- Enter your username (email address) and click Next.
- Verify your identity.
- Get a verification code.
- Enter the code and reset the password.

If you no longer have access to the Recovery methods, then you have no other choice other than verifying your Identity through the Recovery form.
On the Verify your Identity screen, select "I don't have any of these", and follow the instructions to replace your security info. If you do, your account will be put into restricted state for 30 days.
