    Dear Peter Ruijters

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to sync your Outlook calendar with Google Calendar.

I need to explain to you in advance that although Outlook Calendar can be synced to Google Calendar, this sync is one-way, which means that the operations you perform on Outlook Calendar in Outlook will be synced to Google Calendar, but the operations you perform on Outlook Calendar in Google will not be synced.

To sync your Outlook calendar to Google Calendar, you need to open a new Outlook calendar on your computer and then log in to the account that contains the calendar you want to sync.

    Publish an Outlook calendar:

Go to Settings - Calendars - Shared calendars.

Under Publish calendar, select the calendar you want to sync and set permissions to Can view all details.

Click Publish and copy the generated ICS link.

    Open Google Calendar:

Go to Google Calendar and log in to your account.

Add an Outlook calendar to Google:

On the left, click the + icon next to Other calendars.

    Select From URL.

Paste the ICS link you copied from Outlook and click Add calendar.

These steps should help you sync your Outlook calendar to Google Calendar. If you run into any issues, feel free to ask for further help!

Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Kind Regards,

    Hardyjoe.J|Microsoft Community Support Specialist
