The above reply assists with archiving individual emails, but does not assist with my issue which is needing to set up an auto archive function or to be able to quickly archive bulk emails.
Is this possible in the new outlook?
Thank you.

Yes I have exactly the same issue all of the online help seems to point to the 'select file' in settings but '"file'' no longer exists in the new outlook settings on 365. I need to be able to use autoarchive as before, or has this been removed ?
I have spent hours looking into this . Ridiculous . Something so basic is now missing. We have staff that leave and i wish to archive over 30,000 messages in folders and sub folders to a PST file. Is this possible anymore ??
How can we archive an entire folder?
How to you archive by date? I can't find this feature anywhere in the new outlook
