These rules do not appear to exist in this version of Outlook, Classic. Where do I go from here to be able to use these?

Thankyou,

peter

    Hi Peborgh,

Thanks for the clarification, I didn't understand your question before, if you want to set up a forwarding rule in Classic Outlook, it's just like setting up other rules. You can refer to the method in the link below to create a rule.

Manage email messages by using rules in Outlook - Microsoft Support

To forward, just select "forward it to people or public group" when setting the "action" step, and then set the forwarding recipient.

Click the blue text to add recipients.

I think we did not communicate effectively, Jason.

    To clarify:

(I did not try to send you screenshot.)

I gather that classic outlook 365 does not have rules fort forwarding of emails to other recipients. Only for putting them into specific folders locally. For forwarding emails I need the new outlook 365. How do I transition from classic outlook 365 to new outlook 365?

    That is the question...

    Dear Peborgh,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you may not know how to create and use rules in Classic Outlook.

I would be happy to help you, I noticed that you are using the Microsoft 365 version of Classic Outlook, but I didn't see the picture you sent, you can paste your screenshot using Ctrl + V in your reply so I can see what is happening.

But I can start by giving you some articles on using rules in Classic Outlook that might help you.

    Looking forward to your reply.
