Title pretty much says it all. I'm pulling my hair out here trying to get this setup and now it's saying there is a license problem. I didn't want to use Outlook to begin with and now it's being a pain in ****/p>
"This account is not supported in Outlook for Windows due to the license provided by your work or school. Try to login with another account or Would you like to remove it?"
What's going on? This is a legit version of Windows. Why is this outlook **** put on my computer if I can't use it?

Our solution for the short term was to revert back to the Classic version of Outlook. The new version of Outlook is not compatible with Godaddy's email essentials license.
Did you ever get this straightened out and if so, what did you have to do?
This is their way to remove old versions of software they no longer want to support. Same way they've deployed Windows 11, most of the computers customers use do not meet the hardware requirements and with Windows 10 going EOL in October of 2025,
all the hardware manufacturers, their partners, will make more $ale$ of new computers, unless everyone switches to a Linux flavor of OS and LibreOffice. So to access my hotmail.com email I now need to use the new free Outlook version because even though the release of the registry entries to enable Modern Authentication in Outlook 2013 did work, Microsoft did something else and broke it again. So versions 2010, 2013, 2019 no longer work. However, my GoDaddy 365 outlook account won't configure with this new "free" version of outlook that can be downloaded using the microsoft store app. So until I figure out how to get that to work, I now need two versions of outlook to access different email accounts!!!! WT*@!
