    Hello slinker

It seems like you want to change or update your contact information that automatically appears in the emails you send from Outlook, which could either be in your signature or contact details Create, view, and edit contacts and contact lists in Outlook - Microsoft Support. Your contact information may also be part of your profile in Outlook, which gets used for automatic population in emails. However, to make sure I guide you through the right process, could you clarify a few things?

    1. Where is your contact information currently appearing in your emails?
    2. Are you using a personal account or business account? If business account, have you tried reaching out to your global admin to change from the server side? **** How to update contact information in Exchange Online in Microsoft 365 - Exchange | Microsoft Learn
    3. Are you looking to update just the contact information (phone numbers, address) in your signature? if yes, have you implemented these steps? In outlook> Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

Kindly let me know your responses to the above questions, and feel free to share any other details you think might help us resolve the issue. I look forward to your reply and am here to assist further. Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Awaiting your valuable response.

    Sincerely,
