I want to print a contact list......with specific members in it. Not my entire list of contacts.

Not all of my contacts are in the contact list I want to print

I've never received an answer besides the one for contacts. I also can't print contact lists which is another sore spot. I really need to copy lists, make changes and save as to another name.

Did you ever find a resolution? I need to save a copy of my contact lists as well and I keep getting the directions for "contacts" not "contact lists".

Thanks for the reply, but I am trying to print contact lists not contacts. Also, I am not trying to export contacts. I want to copy a contact list and rename it and edit it. In the past, I have been able to highlight the list I want to copy, do Ctrl-C, then Ctrl-V. This gives me 2 lists with the same name. I can then edit one of the lists, rename it and remove the members I want to remove and add the new members. Some of my lists contain several hundred emails

    Hello Robert Evans5,

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are looking for guidance on how to print and copy a contact list in the New Outlook, as well as how to rename and edit a copied contact list.

    To Print Contacts:

    • Open New Outlook
    • Navigate to the People view and select Your Contacts.
    • Look for the option Manage Contacts, then select Export Contacts. This will allow you to download your contacts in a CSV format.
    • Open the CSV file in an application like Excel, where you can format and print the contact list.

To Rename and Edit a Contact List:

    • Open New Outlook
    • Go to the People view and select Your Contacts.
    • Select the contact you want to edit.
    • Click on Edit to update the contact details or rename the contact list.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Wishing you all the best!

    Sincerely
