Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling

The only solution I can offer you at the moment is to try to recover it through the recovery form. Thank you for your understanding. You need to use a newly registered Microsoft account or an available Microsoft account to restore your account by filling out the form.

Here are some tips that can help you Increase the probability of successful recovery. (This is helpful if you are using a device that was previously used to log into your account and using a location where you regularly use that device to fill out forms).
- Please fill in the personal information you entered when you registered for this account or any personal information you changed.
- Enter Fill in the account password stage with the password you think is most likely. Do not leave it blank.
- Please select the Microsoft services you have used and fill in the suggestions below. However, if you have not used the service in question, please skip this question or do not need to check the relevant options.
- For the Outlook.com section, you can ask a family member, friend, or business contact for help in identifying their email address and informing them of the subject line of any email you send them. If you can only get the recipient's email address and not the subject of the email, you can fill in [none] as the exact subject line of the email. Do not leave it blank. If you have not yet sent an email but have received one, try filling in the Inbox with the email address and indicating the subject line of the email.
- For the Skype section (hint: please don't leave it blank if possible), try to get the correct Skype username from contacts.
- For the Xbox section, select the Xbox console you're using, then fill in the Xbox Gamer ID and the associated Host/Device ID. Notes: The recovery form supports up to two attempts in a 24-hour period and recognizes the most recent recovery form each time, so please fill in as much detailed and accurate information as possible.
You can also contact Microsoft Online Technical Support by clicking on the link below. They will provide more real-time help, guiding you through filling out recovery forms and help with your account.
- In the "We're here to help" box below, enter “MSA”, click Get Help, and then click Sign to contact Support.
- In this section, you will need to register for a personal Microsoft account. Note: You can only register with a personal MSA, a corporate account will not display correctly. If you are unable to connect to this account, you can use another account or create a new account to run.
- Under "Products and Services", select "Other Products", select "Manage Account Security" as the category and click Confirm.
- You can access the chat window by selecting " Chat with a Support agent in your Web Browser". Note: Please contact during local business hours.
