Hi All,

So I work for a business and our infrastructure team is trying to utilise SCOM to its best ability.

We have HTML email alerts from SCOM that look like the image below.
The red is to indicate critical and gain your attention. However, we are curious if when the job is closed (auto/manually) is there away of making the close message have a green banner instead, as it currently displays a red banner?

If so how would this need to be done. Thanks in advance.

That sounds feasible. The color is defined in the notification channel. You might need two notification rules, one for each resolution state, and each with a difference channel. For example, the "resolved" rules uses a Green channel.

Cheers I will have ago of this and see what happens.

So creating two notification rules, should give SCOM the option to send the relevant reply based on the resolution state?
