Re: Creating a group

Never a problem in the past.

I have looked at your responses to this question and your answers do not work. In Firefox (my preferred browser) I am not able to add any names to a group (although I have successfully sent emails to all people). As per your unhelpful response, I tried Edge. I can't do it in Edge either. Am I going to have to go to Google?

I am quite sick of MS non-committal in fixing this. All you get is, what email are you using, what browser are you using, what...yada-yada-yada. This is obviously an issue for those of us who do NOT maintain our own Exchange servers and rely on web access for email usage. I do a newsletter to 64 contacts and for over a year, I have had to manually add all 64 users to the distribution. I WANT A REFUND!

I have the same issue. I used Edge as a browser. It does not matter if I log into my Outlook accounts as a stand along or through 365. It tosses the error that I cannot create the group. If won't also find emails in my contacts if I don't log in locally. I have to use 365 for it so see the contacts. then it refuses to create them in the group. THIS WORKED JUST FINE UNTIL I MOVED TO 365!!!!! Fix this!

I seem to have a similar problem. I have the Outlook App on my system, when I click Create Group it hangs. Left it for more than 10 mins in case it was just taking its time. Only way out is to close Outlook.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem.

I am the representative of an NGO that has a subscription, free of charge, from the Microsoft program to help NGOs.

It is a work account. Even in this case, I can`t create groups in the new Outlook account.

When I try to create groups, the app blocks, and I can only close it from Activity Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete).

How can I solve the issue?

    Regards,

    Iosif
