Hi,

I can currently not receive any new emails or access old emails in my outlook. I tried upgrading to get more storage but to no avail. You see, I had my EA Games account linked to this email and had many games worth a lot of money that I now cannot access. I need help with restoring emails from EA to be able to switch my outlook email to gmail instead.

    Dear Matilda Thulin

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the Community.

You have upgraded your storage and still not getting any email issues, can you indicate which email address you are unable to receive emails from?

Because recently we found that some users are experiencing the problem of not being able to send and receive emails on the new outlook, if you are also experiencing this, you can click on Help - Feedback to give feedback to Microsoft about this issue.

You can log in to your mailbox on the web side and use this method to send and receive your emails for the time being. I will contact you once there is any progress.

Of course if your problem is that you have purchased email space but the space is not expanded to your Microsoft domain email, resulting in a situation where you can't send or receive emails, this requires contacting CHAT to resolve the expansion issue. If this is the problem, you can clarify with me and I will guide you if the expansion.

    Best wishes
