how do I personalize my Outlook email?

I want to add a profile picture, and add a signature, change font/color etc. on my email account

    For your profile picture, you can log in to your Microsoft account and add your picture in your Info. This picture will be displayed as your account avatar in your Microsoft account and Outlook mailbox.

    About signatures. You can create a new email in Outlook for Mac. Then click Signature to add it. You can refer to the video in this link to learn how to create a signature.

    Regarding your third requirement. You can create a new email, change the font and color of the content, click File, and click Save as Template. Then select the template each time you create a new email. You can refer to this link to learn how to create a template in Outlook for Mac.
