Hello, I use the threaded view, and the preview pane.
When I select an email in the thread, most of the times Outlook does not jump to the related content in the preview pane (a bit of times it does, but just the first time for the "lucky" emails).
Microsoft says Outlook does not jump by design, but then why it sometimes does?
It's very frustrating having a preview pane that doesn't preview at all.
May you try by yourself and give a feedback please?
Any of you that use the same configuration (threaded emails + preview pane), thank you.

Hello Pascaline, thank you for your prompt response.
As a matter of fact, that flag is already checked. I can see the text preview, but Outlook does not jump up and down based on the specific email I select on the thread. Or, at least, some times it jumps/scrolls (to the content, of the selected email, in the preview pane), but most of the times does not.
See here please (see it multiple times, maybe the bizarre behaviour is not clear at first glance).
Thank you
Gian
