I am not the OP, but I have the same question... so let's continue. Background: I am closing a business I own, and need to transfer the Outlook files to an existing Office 365 personal account. I cannot keep the same domain as I am planning to sell it.

I am currently running new Outlook. I switched to Legacy to successfully export an .olm file, but now I see that the Import function is grayed out in new Outlook.

    To respond to your questions:

    1. May I please know if you checked this article Can't import (.olm) file into Outlook for Windows - Outlook | Microsoft Learn? I did but it is not applicable as I am using Outlook for Mac.
    2. May I please know if you want to import to New Outlook for Mac or Classic Outlook for Windows? New Outlook for Mac.
    3. May I please know the account type are you using? Is it POP, IMAP or Exchange account? I think it is MAP, if not it is Exchange.
    4. Would you mind to kindly provide the screenshot of the outlook version are you using? What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support. I am using Version 16.92, Outlook 365 subscription
    5. May I please know if you are getting any error? If so, would you mind providing the entire screenshot of the error you are experiencing via private message for the privacy of your data? No error, import is just not available.

I would appreciate any help about how I can move all of my old outlook data to a new account. Per some U.S, regulations for my business, I must maintain these files for 5-7 years.

    Thank you.
