Blocked senders and domains list has disappeared, Outlook now not saving blocked list

Over the years, I have consistently tried to block unwanted senders to reduce phishing scams coming into my inbox. In recent weeks, the list of hundreds of blocked sites seem to have disappeared without me doing anything to delete them. When I now block senders, they appear on the list but when I log into Outlook on the web on another occasion, the list is blank again of blocked senders and it looks like my attempt to block sites is not saving.

I am having this exact same issue. My huge list (hundreds) of blocked senders is gone. I just added another blocked email to my list a few minutes ago (only item on the list), and when i log back in the list is empty again. I added 5 yesterday, and they are also all gone. This is NOT a good thing.

Same issue here, and yes, the AI you set to handle emails is definitely the problem.

I wanted to personally thank whoever was in charge of that idiotic decision. THOUSANDS of CUSTOMIZED, INDIVIDUALLY ADDED DOMAINS are now erased. Good God damned job.

Don't even bother with a reply. Nothing you say will fix this.

    Dear Jim,

Thanks, your suggestions did not work and the hundreds of blocked senders remain gone from the list. I will have to try contacting support. I don't know what is going on, this has never happened before.

    Hi Jim,

Would you know why I CANNOT contact support anymore as instructed above? I click on HELP, I explain my problem and then click on "Still need help?." A box opens up asking me to "Sign In." I click on the sign in and another box pops up. I put in my email address and then the pop up box goes blank and pops OFF my screen.

I have been trying for several days and cannot get it to connect with an agent. I have also tried this in two separate browsers on my Mac desktop computer and NEITHER will allow me to connect with an agent.

I am having the same problem with my BLOCKED user list displaying as BLANK!

I am having the same exact problem. I use web based email on a Mac desktop computer.

I open my browser and login to my email account. When I click on my mail settings and go to the "Junk email" section the page is BLANK! All of the people I have blocked over the many years is GONE!

    What is going on???
