Hello, onur guner

Please do not worry. Just like I said, it's common to receive phishing emails asking for money, so just report them and ignore them. As for account security, although we can't stop super hackers from attacking your account with violence, we have set up additional security information for account logins, so account security can be guaranteed. So there is no need to be afraid!

Best regards

Hello, onur guner

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Please understand this, as Microsoft is very protective of the security and privacy of user accounts. For account data, no community member can access the server's backend data to restore it. Account data is stored on highly encrypted servers, and very few people have access to these servers.

For your current situation, filling out the account recovery form is one way to try to regain access to the account. Of course, you need to use an accessible work email account. And fill in as much information as possible about any Microsoft services that this account might use. The more information you provide when filling out the form, the better the chances of regaining access to the account.

If you have questions about where you are logged in to your account, you can check for any unauthorized access by logging in to the Microsoft Account website at account.microsoft.com and clicking on “View My Login Activity” on the Security page.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance or have other questions.

Best regards

Hello, onur guner

Thanks for your quick response!

Dual verification (sometimes called multiple authentication) helps protect you by making it harder for others to sign in to your Microsoft account. Even if someone else finds your password, they will be forced to stop if they can't access your security information.

Hope everything goes well!

Best regards

Hello, onur guner

Welcome to the Microsoft community

I know you received an email from your own address that request you to send money, I understand your confusion.

Please do not worry, this email is likely a phishing email. A phishing email is an email that looks legitimate, but is actually an attempt to access your personal information or steal your money. Some fake emails appear to come from a safe sender, but in reality, they have a "spoofed" source address to trick you.

You can report an email as phishing in outlook.com For more information, see Phishing and suspicious behavior in Outlook - Microsoft Support

Also, to ensure the security of your account. We recommend that you change your password and enable two-factor authentication immediately. For more information and account security settings. Visit the following link: How to help keep your Microsoft account safe and secure - Microsoft Support

Hope that can be helpful and please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.

Best regards
