Any update on this? I'd love to move to new Outlook but not being able to delay send on all emails is a deal-breaker... can't tell you the number of times this feature has saved me.

I cannot seem to find the rule to delay the emails I am sending by a number of minutes, on the new outlook.
I could do it on the old one but the rule doesn't exist for the new outlook.

Need a outgoing rule to delay send on all messages like the OLD outlook.
I cant use new outlook without it.
