Maximum count of simultaneous users

Windows Server Essentials have a 25 user limit. Does this refer to 25 simultaneous users or a total of 25 users set up.

For example, you could have defined 26 users, but no more than 25 would be logged in at a time.

    Hi,

    Windows Server Essentials will block more than 2 admin sessions to the server itself.
