Outlook (New) does not work with email server at telia.com

Hi

Outlook (new) in Windows 11 has stopped working for email addresses located at telia.com domain.

(stopped for me around feb 15.)

Now I cannot log into my email account at telia.com address using Outlook (new)

I'm using IMAP with the settings required by the Telia email server:

Ingående mailserver: mailin.telia.com
Ingående port IMAP: 993 med SSL
Utgående mailserver: mailout.telia.com
Utgående port: 465 med SSL
SMTP-autentisering: På (e-postadress och lösenord)


sample info on what works for my telia.com email account:

  1. I can use Outlook on Android (4.2504.2) for my telia.com email.
  2. I can use Outlook (Classic) for my telia.com email on windows
  3. I can use Mozilla Thunderbird for my telia.com email

BUT my preferred email app:

The Outllook (New) does not work with telia.com email accounts
