How do I customize the reminder time in the New Outlook for windows?

The old version of Outlook, I could choose my own reminder time an each individual calendar event. The new outlook only provides preset options: 5, 15, & 30 minutes before, or 1, 2, or 12 hours before, then 1 day or 1 week. I need to set 3 hours or 4 hours before. How can I do that?
