Hi Lime,
Thank you for using Microsoft products and making community posts.
It sounds like Outlook is stuck in a loop where it recognizes your accounts but won’t let you access them. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help:
- Check Account Settings – Open Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Email, and see if your accounts are listed. If they are, try removing and re-adding them.
- Create a New Outlook Profile – Sometimes, a corrupt profile causes issues. Open Control Panel > Mail, create a new profile, and add your accounts there.
- Clear Cached Credentials – Go to Windows Credential Manager, remove any saved Outlook credentials, and restart Outlook.
- Try Adding Accounts via Web Outlook – Log in to Outlook Web and see if your accounts sync properly there.
- Check for Licensing Issues – If you’re using Microsoft 365, ensure your subscription includes access to the new Outlook.
- Manually Enable New Outlook – If switching to the new Outlook fails, try enabling it manually via Settings > General > Try the new Outlook.
Please feel free to let me know how it goes.
