Since I've been using New Outlook I've had no problem copying and pasting email addresses on a weekly email I circulate. Until today that is when I'm unable to copy the email addresses from last week's (or earlier weeks) emails? Does anyone know why this has just happened and more importantly, how to fix it please? Otherwise I'm going to be typing out 200 email addresses! Many thanks.

I also have a user experiencing this issue. They can't use the "copy email address" button on any contact card. They go to paste and there's nothing to paste. Seems like this has happened to a lot of users this April. Is there an update to fix this that's currently in-progress?
Same here. Just started today.
I too am having the same issue suddenly I cannot copy and paste emails in Outlook, all other copy paste features works fine.
Specifically in the contact card- when I select to copy the email address (it states copied) but does not paste, or it paste the prior object from the clip board
I have the same issue of email addresses not copying and pasting. I tried to contact Outlook Support but after logging out and logging in, the 'Chat with a support agent' never populates.

I have been testing for a long time and have not encountered any issues like yours that cannot be replicated. Can you go to the Outlook web page and check if the copy function is working properly? https://outlook.live.com/
If you copy it to Notepad or Word first, can you copy it to New Outlook? Finally, can you try uninstalling and reinstalling New Outlook.you contact Outlook. com through the following methods.
