NEW Outlook Email Format is messing up

I am having major issues in NEW Outlook with the formatting of my emails. I will compose an email, format it properly, and send it. The receiver gets an email with weird large spacing, no spaces where needed, and bullet alignments all messed up. It does not look that way when I send it why are the emails messed up when received? I am using HTML text which has all the issues. I have tried plain text but it does not allow formatting I need like bullets etc. I need this fixed as I can not go back to desktop Outlook as it freezes and crashes all the time. HELP PLEASE!

    I switched to new outlook 9 months back, and I immediately moved back to old outlook, as the formatting in new outlook was not working as expected. I switched to new outlook again with a hope that now all the issues with formatting would be resolved by now. it is still the same. It is not predictable, Fonts, bullets, they are acting weird. I have a long weekly agenda that I need to send, for which I rely on bullets, sub bullets etc, and I am now stuck with no option other than moving back to "Old outlook". I looked at this thread, and the immersive reader is not an issue for me, so that did not fix.

    Any other inputs that anyone of you have do let us know.

    Just copy and paste your signature as it is in Microsoft word and replace your current signature in Outlook with the copied text from Word. It works !

    The issue is Outlook will ignore or remove codes from creator's formatting.

    I've tried all options forwarding a html email from:

    • New outlook on Windows 11 machine
    • Old outlook 2016 on Windows 10 machine
    • Outlook 16.94.2 on Mac
    • Mailchimp paid subscription

    All of them the formats are all jacked up, the worst being Outlook on Mac. Best is Outlook 2016 on a Window 10 PC.

    Mailchimp issue includes buttons sometimes does not work, workaround is to create image buttons.

    It's what it is. html emails are not meant to be forwarded more than once.
