How to recover a hacked account?

I opened this account so that I can ask for assistance. I have another Microsoft account that has been hacked. The unauthorized users have changed my password so that I cannot access the account. All attempts to recover the account have been unsuccessful. I receive messages saying that my session has expired or that I have requested too many codes from my recovery email address. Please advise on what to do next.

    Hi the hacker has changed my email account and every time i put it he says it there's no account with this email ?

    I can sense your current state of mind. Email hacking is a very serious security incident. Don't worry. Let's solve this problem step by step: 

    1. Visit the Microsoft official account recovery page: https://account.live.com/acsr, enter your email address. Select options such as "I have forgotten my password" or "My account has been stolen". Honestly answer the security questions and provide a backup email/mobile phone number. This is the key to restoring your account.
    2. If the self-service recovery doesn't work, you can also contact our customer team. Since the tools available to the community team are limited and they can access account information, you can do so. Microsoft has a dedicated customer support team who will do their best to help you restore your account to normal, but the success of your account restoration depends on the actual situation of your account.
    3. Open the link to the website -- Contact - Microsoft Support
    4. Enter "MSA" in the "We Are Here for You" box, click "Request Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    5. In this section, you must log in with a personal Microsoft account. Note that you can only use your personal MSA for login; your company account will not display the correct content. If you cannot connect to this account, you can use another account or create a new one to run it.
    6. Under "Products and Services", select the "Other Products" option, select "Manage Account Security" as the category, and then click "Confirm"
    7. You can choose "Chat with a Support Expert in the Web Browser" to access the chat window. 

    Don't forget to contact the online support during office hours (local time) for the best assistance. The online support is not available 24/7. 

    After recovering your account, you can secure it in the following ways:

    1. Completely change your password
    2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
    3. Check and remove any suspicious login activities, devices, forwarding rules, and associated applications:
      Login activities: View the recent login records in the security settings. Look for any unfamiliar times, locations (IP addresses), or devices. Select "This is not me" or "Log out" for any suspicious logins.
      Trustworthy devices: Remove all devices you don't recognize or don't use.
      Email forwarding: Check if there are any automatic email forwarding rules set in the settings. Immediately delete any suspicious forwarding rules! This is a common tactic used by hackers.
    4. Check the account recovery information
      Make sure your backup email and phone number are correct, secure, and under your own control. Remove any unrecognized recovery information.
      Check if the answers to security questions have been changed. Set questions with answers that only you know (even consider setting false answers, but remember to do so).
