Outlook LTSC 2024 wont let me log in to my hotmail account, other accounts function

Issue with Outlook on New Computer – Folders Not Syncing & Login Issues

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a new computer (~1500 EUR) with no pre-installed programs, fully updated. After installing Microsoft Office (Word and Excel work fine), I encountered persistent issues with Outlook.

Issue Description:

1. First login works, but folders do not sync.
2. After restarting Outlook, I receive an error message, and I can’t log in again.
3. I tried deleting the Outlook profile and re-adding it, even generating a new app-specific password, but the issue persists.
4. The same problem occurs on a different computer, so it's unlikely a hardware issue.
5. Word and Excel function normally—only Outlook has issues.

These are some of the errors i am getting:

1. System resources are very low. Close some windows.
2. Login error. Check the network connection as well as the server and mailbox name. The Microsoft Exchange Information Service in your profile does not contain all required information. Check your profile.
3. Microsoft Outlook cannot be started. The Outlook window cannot be opened. This folder group cannot be opened. The information store is currently unavailable.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Removed and re-added the email account.
• Created a new Outlook profile.
• Tried using a separate app password.
• Attempted setup on a different computer.
• Checked system resources (no issues).
• Contacted the retailer, but they could only assist with installation and activation.

Potential Solutions?

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Could this be a Microsoft account issue, or is there another workaround?
