Why Cant I get Microsoft Points by Reading 3 E-mails a day?

Hello Community Experts. :)

I've Just Discovered that you can earn points per day reading 3 e-mails per day and getting +100 at the end.

Unfortunately, After Reading a dozen emails. I was not given the points! Oh, but silly me! I didn't get the part where this offer is only available via Outlook on your Mobile Phone. So, I read 3 emails and still NO points! Oh, but silly me again! after clicking on the "!" Icon, I see that you have to "Navigate to the Rewards Mini App" So I go and do that, and to my surprise there was NO Rewards Mini App and No Option of getting it through Outlook. which obviously leads me to another "Oh Silly Me" where I missed something again. So please enlighten me on what to do to fix this. Seems the Computer Help Groups on Facebook are no help. I've tried to sign in on Bing Search....Nope. Tried to Sign in on another Browser...Nope. I suspect it would be fix or the offer is slowly being introduced. Is it even available here in New Zealand?

This offer has just come available to me today as I've never seen this before, Yet I see questions about this same topic brought up August of 2024?
