Not Receiving Emails from Roblox — All Normal Fixes Tried, Still Locked Out

Hi,

I'm not receiving critical emails from Roblox at my Hotmail address. These include password reset links and 2-step verification codes, which has left me completely locked out of my account.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Checked junk/spam folders (emails are not there)
  • Added ******@roblox.com******@roblox.com, and roblox.com to my safe senders list and contacts
  • Verified they are not on my blocked list
  • Checked there's no rules that redirect emails from Roblox
  • Tried accessing emails through multiple browsers and Outlook desktop — same result
  • Opened a case with Microsoft Support
  • Attempted to submit a deliverability request to Microsoft Engineering, but was redirected back to general support

Despite all this, I’m still not receiving any Roblox emails. I believe my individual Hotmail inbox may be suppressed or flagged in some way for messages from Roblox’s domain.

Can someone please investigate if:

  • My mailbox has any internal filters or suppression against roblox.com
  • There’s any way to lift it so I can start receiving their security and recovery emails again

Thank you in advance.

There is one problem with this. The new Roblox AI assistant doesn’t let anyone agent connect to you until you verify ownership via a code sent by Roblox email, so we’re in a deadlock.

I've been having the same issue with Outlook. I was receiving unwanted emails, so I created some rules to filter them. Later, I removed the rules because I wasn’t receiving any emails from Roblox. However, even after deleting the rules, I'm still not getting emails from Roblox — and some verification emails from other sites aren't coming through either.

This issue has been going on for over a year, and even though I’m still logged into my roblox account, the user experience on Roblox is now very limited.

I’ve spent multiple hours and days trying to fix this. Folders, rules, profiles, cookies, restarting, trying different devices, adding to my contacts, contacting support and more..

You can supposedly get in contact with a real Roblox staff member by saying something like “I’m handicapped” to their AI. However, the staff won’t help me unless I can verify my account through my Outlook email.

At this point, I’m just waiting for Microsoft to fix the issue — or for Roblox to accept my phone number for verification.

Hello, Thank you for posting this issue on the community forum.

You've done a great job troubleshooting so far! Since you're still not getting emails from Roblox, an Outlook rule could be affecting their delivery. Try reviewing your email rules using this link: Manage email messages by using rules in Outlook - Microsoft Support.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.
