outlook.com - how can i disable junk email filtering?

I'm recently starting to use outlook.com as my primary email more than something. However, there is one really annoying "feature" that I want to turn off. I am constantly finding important emails being sent to "junk" - I have to remember to check the folder and then mark the email as "not junk" in order to do somethingn with it.

I wonder if there's a method for turning off junk. I don't see one in the settings.

I looked and do not see any helpful articles about how to turn off this "feature" at all.

Am I missing something?

This is from this article, and it's not about Outlook on the web:

This article is for Outlook Web App, which is used by organizations that manage email servers running Exchange Server 2013 or 2010. If you're using Microsoft 365, or Exchange Server 2016 or 2019, your email program is Outlook on the web. For help with Outlook on the web, see Get help with Outlook on the web.

And unfortunately, MS Support was not helpful with this as well. Essentially, anyone who finds this thread - submit feedback through Outlook on web and submit it as an issue. Maybe then something will change (unlikely).

This way Junk Email is the new inbox, only it has the 30 days look or it's gone forever.

    This has to be fixable

This is it, I've given up. You engineers at microsoft are uselss people. All I wanted was to disable junk filtering so I dont miss important emails. That's it. I don't get spam, I only get important emails. If I get spam, I delete it, because I'm not a dummy. I'm switching to gmail and never looking back, what a complete waste of my time and energy. To the employee that likely wont read this, add the option to disable spam filtering, its such an easy thing to do, you nuggets

It's ridiculous that a service we pay for can be so frustrating. Just add a Turn Off Junk Filtering button! It's not hard! And it would relieve so much frustration from a faulty filtering algorithm.

I agree, it is so frustrating. I am constantly having to go rescue emails that I need from the junk folder, it sends all my order confirmations, mailing lists, appointments, even emails I forward to myself from my work email, go to junk. Countless times I've been waiting on something being emailed to me just to find it in junk. The answer provided by Justin L is for the app, but not for Outlook online which only has 'standard' or 'strict'. Setting it to standard still sends everything important to junk. Microsoft needs to fix this, and allow users to turn it OFF.
