I am not getting option for enter the code
Can’t input code on authenticator app
The authenticator app is broken. When I try to set up my work account on teams or outlook on my new phone it automatically opens the authenticator app to give me a two digit code. The problem is that since the authenticator app is already open I cannot input the code and I get no notifications of a sign in attempt to enter said two digit code. If I push the “can’t use authenticator app right now” button I get the option to input a six digit code of which I never got. It’s an endless loop of putting my email into teams or outlook which immediately opens authenticator to give me a code I can’t input.

Note: You can search the internet for how to disable the unlocking feature on your phone brand.
