UK phone number for Customer Service

Please can I have a telephone number I can use as Microsoft legal email are not responding.

I also need to talk to a real person as the robot doesn't understand what I mean.

I have followed the above steps and typed in MSA. However, the only option provided in 'Get Community Help'. Please advise how I can speak to an agent to resolve an outlook issue (not a password problem).

2. Select Microsoft 365 > get home support.
3. In the question description box, type ‘MSA’ and click ‘Get Help’.
4. Then tap Contact Support in the bottom left corner.
5. Choose from the following categories: Other Products, Manage account security.
6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

TIPS: Please contact us during local working hours on weekdays, CHAT does not work 24 hours a day.

Please select the correct option. If your selection is incorrect, it may direct you to the Microsoft Community Forum.

It is important to understand that if you want to address account recovery issues, support agents usually cannot directly assist you. The account recovery process is automated, and regular support agents cannot view the form or provide a password reset link to users. To protect user privacy and data security, Microsoft's account policies are very strict and difficult to intervene manually.
