Hi, I was wondering if there is a actual phone number I can ring and speak to a human being rather than a AI/bot that just keeps sending me the same link over again or telling me the same thing to do over again. Thankyou in advance for any help.

I also need to talk to a real person as the robot doesn't understand what I mean.

I have followed the above steps and typed in MSA. However, the only option provided in 'Get Community Help'. Please advise how I can speak to an agent to resolve an outlook issue (not a password problem).

    Hello Gavin Davies2,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to contact live support.

There is no direct phone number available for individual users, but you can follow these steps to reach online chat support.

    1. Log in to the following website. Contact Us - Microsoft Support
(This requires you to log in to a personal Microsoft account. If you don’t have one, you can create a temporary account.)
    2. Select Microsoft 365 > get home support.
    3. In the question description box, type ‘MSA’ and click ‘Get Help’.
    4. Then tap Contact Support in the bottom left corner.
    5. Choose from the following categories: Other Products, Manage account security.
    6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

TIPS: Please contact us during local working hours on weekdays, CHAT does not work 24 hours a day.

Please select the correct option. If your selection is incorrect, it may direct you to the Microsoft Community Forum.

It is important to understand that if you want to address account recovery issues, support agents usually cannot directly assist you. The account recovery process is automated, and regular support agents cannot view the form or provide a password reset link to users. To protect user privacy and data security, Microsoft's account policies are very strict and difficult to intervene manually.

I wish you all the best.

    Best Regards,

Zachary.W - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
