Hello, recently I've been wanting to get back into World of Warcraft and my account is linked to my Hotmail email. I've tried for years to get back into this email account with no success. I've done countless account recovery requests as well and it seems to not be liking my answers, therefore locking the account and denying my request. Unfortunately I'm losing hope as I no longer have the phone number linked to that email and there is not a backup email either, so the only way to reset the password is through a code that gets sent to a phone number no longer in use. I've tried to find a way to talk to a real person from Microsoft to help me regain access but it is impossible to speak to someone. How should I proceed or should I lose all hope in regaining that email forever.

Recovery my account hotmail
******@hotmail.com
Dear IanColbert,
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.
I realise that you need to restore your account, I know deep down that this account is very important to you and I will do everything I can to help you
There are a total of three ways that users can recover their Microsoft account on their own: by resetting their password using the security verification information, by using the 25-digit recovery code generated on the Microsoft account webpage, and by using the account recovery form.
If you don't have a password or any valid authentication method:
Contact Microsoft Online Support
If none of the above methods are able to recover your account, I recommend that you contact Microsoft Online Support for assistance.
Keep in mind that when you contact Microsoft Online Support, you'll need to sign in to your personal (non-company/school) Microsoft account. The account used to contact online customer service is not an account that you can't sign in to, you can use a personal account to contact them, such as the one you're posting with, or if you don't have another personal account, you can temporarily create a new Microsoft account to contact online customer service. Basically, it's a personal account and not an organization account is all that's needed.
Once you have provided them (a real person) with enough information to verify all identities in your account, they will provide you with some additional avenues for account recovery. You can find them by clicking on this link and following these instructions
Note: You can only sign in with your personal MSA, the correct content will not be displayed when you sign in with your company account. If the account cannot be connected, you can use a different account or create a new account to run it;
Please contact customer service during your office hours.
Additionally, if you have purchased Microsoft products with your Microsoft account, you may be able to provide information such as order numbers, invoices, and other information about what you have purchased to the Microsoft Online Support team, which may improve the success of your account recovery.
Thank you for your patience and support.
I wish you all the best
