How do I get the "Business Card" option on the new office 365, or how do I get the older version back?

    Hello Kevin,

Thank you for your post to the community.

The "Business Card" view was a classic layout in older versions of Outlook (especially Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2019), but in the new Outlook experience especially the web-based or "New Outlook for Windows" some legacy views like Business Card aren't currently available.

    Here’s what you can do:

    Use Outlook Desktop (Classic Version):

If you still have access to the classic Outlook desktop app, you can:

    • Open Outlook
    • Go to People view (bottom left)
    • On the Home tab, choose Current View > Business Card

If you're using the new version of Outlook for Windows (with the toggle on), this view might be missing, you can switch back by:

    1. Clicking the Toggle off switch in the top-right corner labeled "Try the new Outlook"
    2. Confirm the switch, and Outlook will relaunch in the classic version where Business Card view is available

    > Keep in mind: this option is only available on eligible builds of Windows and Microsoft 365

    Best Regards,
