    Hello Trevor,

You've found your tech home, thanks for posting this in Microsoft community!

According to the description, I understand that emails are sent from "sympatico.ca" is not received by outlook. Let me help you with that.

I would like to inform you that the reason for that is that Outlook.com was used as the provider for Sympatico.ca (Bell Canada) accounts. When Outlook.com was migrated to using backend Exchange Servers - all telcos moved their email accounts to their own (or some other) backend server platform. This occurred several years ago, and Bell sent out at least one (if not more) email with instructions of how to proceed going forward. I know that for a fact since I had to help someone through that process when it happened, but it's been far too long ago to remember all of that.

In short, you can still log into that Outlook.com account using that Sympatico.ca email address since it is being used as a log in ID.

If this answer was helpful to you, you can label it appropriately to make it useful to others as well.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Sincere greetings
