Is Microsoft Azure AZ-900 Certificate a digital or physical certificate?

I have scheduled AZ-900 at a Test Centre which is different from my current place of residence, as I would be moving there in the future.
But during registration (and invoice), I have mentioned my current address (as I don't know the exact details of my future address).

So I wanted to ask, is the AZ-900 certificate issued digitally, or is it a physical hard copy that is sent to the address mentioned in the invoice?
If it is the latter, I may have to modify the registration soon.
Please clarify.

It's a digital certificate , but you can download it as well.
Sign in to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard. On the “Your dashboard” page, please click on 'Download' under “Certificates”. On the “Certificate” page, select the certificate (s) that you would like to download. Please click on the “PDF” button
